Seasonal Add-Ons

Spring Cleaning, $400

Extended interior clean which includes garages, sheds, etc. as well as bulk garbage removal.

Pool Opening/Closing, $350

In the spring, removal of any winter pool coverings, hook ups of all pool equipment and bringing pool to ready to use condition.

In the fall, draining water level to below pool jets, blowing all water from pool equipment and hosing, installing winter pool coverings as supplied by homeowner.

Christmas Lights, $350

Installation of Christmas lights supplied by homeowner as well as removal in spring.

Terms

lawn care — during non-winter months, mowing all grass on property

garden care — edging garden beds, tilling any mulch, weeding and pruning

snow removal — during winter months, shovelling/plowing driveways and walkways

house maintenance — inspecting and replacing air filters in furnace and other mechanical items, replacing lightbulbs, inspecting plumbing fixtures and equipment throughout the home for leaks or damage

basic repairs — items such as leaking faucets, running toilets, clogged drains (performed as needed)
